This policy covers marianmortgage.com and the Marian waitlist, run by Marian (“we”). It’s short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Your ZIP code, only if you choose to give it.
- The date and time you signed up.
To stop spam, we also briefly keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of the IP address a signup came from. We can’t turn it back into your IP address, and we delete it within a day.
How we use it
We use your email to tell you about Marian, including when it launches and whether it’s available where you live. We use ZIP codes to decide where to launch first. That’s all.
We don’t sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to make any decision about credit.
Who else handles it
The site and waitlist database run on Cloudflare, which stores the data on our behalf. If we use an email service to send waitlist updates, it will receive your email address for that purpose only.
Cookies and analytics
We don’t use cookies or advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist information until you ask us to delete it or until we no longer need it for the waitlist.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send. To see, correct or delete your information, email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
Children
The waitlist is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date above. If the change is significant, we’ll email people on the waitlist.
